Care Inspectorate Wales

What this means for families

Independent inspection and oversight can be useful in helping you make informed decisions about your loved-ones care with confidence. We have an up-to-date regulatory profile from Care Inspectorate Wales, which provides a transparent assessment of our service provision. When choosing a care establishment, these reports can support informed discussions about care quality and safety, and can be a useful reference point when comparing care options.
  • Please feel free to ask us more about our recent inspection results.

We recommend combining inspection information with an in-person visit to understand our approach to service delivery, the type of support we can offer and what to expect should you choose us.
