Care Services

Penylan Residential Hotel has capacity for up to 15 service users, and provides both general residential and dementia residential care on both a permanent and respite basis. We can also facilitate end-of-life care where possible, and in collaboration with the appropriate clinical teams. Our service fees align with Cardiff Council rates and we do not charge top-up fees. Whether an individual is with us for a short stay or long-term, we endeavour to show them personalised, quality care with the highest standard of service.

How we deliver care

Care is delivered through pre-admission assessment, person-centred planning, regular review, and close family communication. Support plans are adjusted as needs change, including for increasing frailty and palliative care requirements.
